After purchasing an undeveloped, treed lot near Barry’s Bay, ON, we entered into discussions with the Howard Construction Group to help us with the development of the property.  After several meetings, we decided to move forward with Trevor Howard and his team.  Not having any experience developing or building, we were immediately impressed with Trevor’s knowledge and experience as it related to developing the property from scratch, as well as the various steps involved in obtaining permits, sourcing reputable sub-contractors and local vendors.  Not long after, we had a cleared and levelled lot, double access driveway, full septic system, water and electrical.
